At The Protege Project, we believe every young person carries a spark of leadership within them. Our Protege Pathfinders (PP) Mentorship Program helps youth ages 13–18 discover that spark, equipping them with the tools, guidance, and confidence to lead in school, business, and life.
At the heart of The Protege Project lies a comprehensive understanding of entrepreneurship, which encompasses its definition and the nuanced cultural implications within the American landscape. Through immersive learning experiences, our 14-week session is designed to allow participants to delve into the core principles of entrepreneurial spirit while navigating the unique cultural contexts that shape business in America.
Too many young people in our communities face barriers that silence their potential: limited access to mentors, exposure to violence, economic instability, and a lack of positive role models. Protege Pathfinders exists to change that story, by surrounding youth with consistent, caring adults who guide them toward purpose-driven futures.
The program runs in 14-week sessions, combining group workshops, one-on-one mentorship, and community engagement opportunities. We also offer shorter custom modules for schools, nonprofits, and organizations.
