Kewana Reese is the visionary founder of The Protege Project NPF, a non-profit organization launched in 2021 to mentor and support youth entrepreneurship. With a bachelor’s degree in business management and a robust entrepreneurial journey that began in 2006, Kewana's passion for business has been evident since her childhood.

As a seasoned entrepreneur who has successfully managed multiple businesses, Kewana brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role. She is also a dedicated wife and mother of two daughters, which fuels her commitment to creating a brighter future for the next generation.

Kewana's primary mission with The Protege Project is to educate and inspire young people to build wealth through entrepreneurship. She is particularly focused on bridging the wealth gap in underserved and minority communities, believing that mentorship and entrepreneurial education are critical to achieving financial empowerment and equity. Her dedication to these goals drives her to make a lasting impact on the communities she serves.

Tori has over 20+ years of experience in the Technology sector and Corporate leadership.​ She is a successful entrepreneur with multiple businesses in different industries. Tori is proficient in assessing business situations, conducting research, creating strategic plans, and measuring the results those planned strategies. She specializes in efficient execution, process evaluation, and analytical problem-solving.

Theus is an experienced and focused entrepreneurial leader with a passion for creating sustainable communities. His specialities include forming businesses that lead to new development, which increase mission-driven impact. Theus is also an accomplished program manager who masters cultivating community partnerships, and public relations, while being intentional about outreach, and executing lucrative event coordination.
